Coverage Area
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. At this time, we are unable to fulfill orders to international destinations.

We work diligently to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required, no hidden fees, and no additional charges at checkout or upon delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we are currently unable to ship to the following locations:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
- Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands)
- Certain remote or rural areas not serviced by our standard shipping carriers
If we discover that an order has been placed with a restricted shipping address, we will reach out to you promptly to discuss an alternative arrangement. If no suitable alternative can be found, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@pepesthriftshop.com with your order number and the corrected address. However, once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to redirect or modify the delivery address, and we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
