30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return request. To qualify for a return, please make sure your item meets the following conditions:
- All original tags are still attached
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is included with the return
How to Start a Return
Getting a return underway is simple:

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Important: All returns must be sent to the address provided in our return instructions. Items shipped back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account

If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't seen the refund reflected in your account, please reach out to us at info@pepesthriftshop.com and we'll look into it immediately.
