Ordering
How do I place an order on Pepesthriftshop?
Simply browse our website, add the items you love to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping address, billing information, and preferred payment method. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with a full summary of your purchase.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You may check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track orders more easily, save your shipping details for faster checkout, and receive updates on new arrivals and promotions.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@pepesthriftshop.com or call (323) 260-7083 with your order number. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may initiate a return after it arrives.
Shipping
Where does Pepesthriftshop ship to?
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 lower states). We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas at this time. We do not offer international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on every order — no minimum purchase required, no additional fees, and no surprise charges at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
After your order is dispatched, estimated delivery within the United States is 7–20 business days, depending on your location and the carrier used. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We work with several trusted national carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The specific carrier for your order will depend on your delivery location, package size, and current availability.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
Please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number, tracking number, a description of the problem, and any photos of the damage if applicable. Our team will investigate and work to resolve the issue through a replacement, re-shipment, or full refund.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military/diplomatic mail addresses.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

We do not currently accept cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

Why was my payment declined?
Common reasons for declined payments include incorrect card details, insufficient funds, billing address mismatches, or security holds placed by your bank. Will I be charged any additional fees beyond the product price?
No. Pepesthriftshop does not charge any processing fees, handling fees, or hidden charges. The only additional cost that may apply is sales tax, which is calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout.
Do you offer financing or installment payment plans?
No. We currently do not offer financing, installment plans, layaway, or buy-now-pay-later options. Full payment is due at the time of checkout.
Taxes
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated automatically based on your shipping address and added to your order total at checkout. Tax rates vary by state and locality and are subject to change. The final tax amount will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Orders & Confirmation
I haven't received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically within minutes of a successful payment. If you haven't received yours:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder
- Verify that you entered the correct email address at checkout
- If you still cannot find it after 30 minutes, contact us at info@pepesthriftshop.com and we will resend it promptly
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your shipping address — please contact us as quickly as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately at info@pepesthriftshop.com with your order number and the corrected address. We will do our best to make the change before your order ships. Please note that once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we may be unable to redirect or modify the delivery address.

Do your product photos accurately represent the actual items?
We make every effort to photograph and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may occur due to variations in screen settings, lighting, manufacturing processes, or materials. The images on our website should be considered a general representation of the product rather than an exact match.
What if a product I ordered is out of stock or unavailable?
If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. We will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement item, a back-order with an updated timeline, or a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer free returns?
Yes! Return shipping is always free at Pepesthriftshop. We provide prepaid return shipping labels at no cost to you, regardless of the reason for the return.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once a refund has been issued, it typically takes 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
When will I receive my refund after cancelling an order?
For cancelled orders, the refund is processed within 10 business days after cancellation confirmation. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect on your account depending on your financial institution.
How do I initiate a return?

In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, Pepesthriftshop reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We are not obligated to fulfill an order at an incorrect price, even if a confirmation email has already been sent.
Are there any restricted areas you cannot ship to?
Yes. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa), and certain remote locations that are not serviced by our standard carriers. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a full refund.
